Featured Client Campaign: Jucy Snooze

The announcement of Jucy Snooze, a Christchurch micro-accommodation concept from leading car and campervan rentals company Jucy, was covered by several leading media organisations in New Zealand in December.

Coverage of the planned pod hotel-inspired accommodation included a television story on 3 News, articles in the Dominion Post, The Press and the Otago Daily Times, radio coverage on Newstalk ZB and Radio Live, and online articles on Stuff and 3news.co.nz, among many others.

While the project was in the launch phase, Impact PR was able to pitch a story that appealed to general and business media that highlighted the ‘New Zealand first’ aspect of the project and referenced the international trend of pod hotels.

Despite the hotel not yet being built – making it difficult to meet the visual requirements of a TV story – the Impact PR team was able to provide a solid plan for a news piece and secured a high-profile story on 3 News, a positive result for the company.
